PSC members and other selected past educators will conduct, with school corporation's to complete a school or multiple school audit. The handbook will be emailed from the IASP office to the principal or superintendent after the agreement on audit date is made.

Audit expense will be $600 minimum per school of up to 500 student enrollment $100 per 100 additional student enrollment to a maximum of $1,000.

A written report will be sent to the contract agent, principal, or superintendent following the completion of the team interviews. Please contact the IASP office or Bob Pychinka to make audit arrangements.

Mentoring

List of PSC members is available, upon request, to mentor new administrators (principals or assistant principals) in their first or second year.

There is no fee unless corporation agrees with the mentor to provide states agreed upon expenses.

Substitute or Interim Administrator

A list of available PSC administrators can be obtained from the IASP office. For volunteers that are within 1 hour's drive of interested school or corporation requiring interim assistance please contact Penny Moss, 317-891-9900 ext. 211 or pmoss@iasp.org . Penny, with Bob Pychinka assisting, can provide additional recommendations beyond those listed if necessary.

PERT (Principal Emergency Relief Team)

Regional retired principal teams (PSC Advisory Board Member plus 2 others) will come to a school during an emergency situation (disaster) to aid school providing whatever service is needed for a short period of time. There is no cost for this service.

Principal Evaluation

The PSC will help your corporation secure experience and state trained evaluators to assist principals with completing mandated annual evaluations. Please contact Bob Pychinka. Contractor fee for each person is negotiable plus $25.00 to IASP.
