The Indiana New Administrator Leadership Institute (INALI) is designed to help beginning administrators become effective instructional leaders and to quickly and comfortably assume the responsibilities of building administration.

INALI is a two-year professional development program that includes extensive teacher evaluation training, coaching by highly qualified mentors, and monthly regional cohort meetings.

Assistant Principals: November 16, 2018, in conjunction with the IASP Assistant Principals Conference

Principals:  November 19, 2018, in conjunction with the IASP Fall Conference

ü  2 years of membership in IASP

ü  2 years of state conference attendance

ü  2 years of professional development seminars in Indianapolis (July, September,  February)

ü  2 years of mentoring by a retired or practicing administrator

ü  2 years of regional cohort meetings with mentor and regional group (dates and times arranged by your group)

ü  One on one school visit by mentor (fall and spring of each year)

ü  2 years membership in Ed Leaders Network: On-demand, online, PD to enhance ones’ educational leadership

ü  45 PGP for each year of participation.  Completion of INALI fulfills IMAP requirements.

ü   There is a $1,000 fee for the entire two year program.
