Mark Mayfield

Mark Mayfield

Momma Told Me There'd Be Days Like This!

Mark Mayfield is one of the most versatile speakers in America, being one of the few individuals in the world who performs stand-up comedy AND also conducts high-content keynotes and seminars. His philosophy is simple... say it with humor, and people will take the message home.
Known as "The Corporate Comedian," he makes over 100 presentations annually to a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies and trade associations and is currently seen in print advertising and television commercials. A former teacher, lobbyist and farmer, Mark has received the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association.
It's seldom that you find a really funny, clean comedian, and it's seldom that you find a really good captivating speaker. It is nearly impossible to find one who is both. Mark Mayfield is one of the rare individuals in the world who is equally adept at performing stand up comedy or presenting high content speeches. He excites, educates and always entertains.
Mark Mayfield has shared the stage with celebrities like Paul Newman, Peter Frampton, Colin Powell and Bob Newhart and has introduced the President of the United States on a live, nationwide television broadcast. He is the author of the popular book, Mom's Rules, a comedic yet poignant look at all those things that mom said to us as kids.
Raised on a farm, he received two degrees Magna Cum Laude from Kansas State University, served as National President of the Future Farmers of America, and spent time as a teacher, lobbyist and nightclub owner. He is also a professional model and spokesman seen in print and television commercials. These experiences, coupled with being the father of two daughters, enable him to relate to all types of people.

Momma Told Me There'd Be Days Like This: Stressed out? Lethargic? Burned out? This program will help you solve those ills by learning five behaviors that will help balance your life and by learning techniques to deal with your biggest stressor...PEOPLE! This keynote is high on content high on hilarity.
