About Our Speakers
Dr. Rhonda Roos
Dr. Rhonda Roos has been a great friend to IASP. With over 30 years as a teacher, counselor and administrator, Dr. Roos is passionate about partnering with administrative staff to develop an effective, efficient and stimulating culture for all schools. Dr. Roos has devoted her professional life to identifying the essential components that assure that schools with high poverty are also schools with high student achievement.
Tina Seymour is a veteran principal, teacher, consultant and national trainer with 19 years of experience in education in public and charter schools throughout central Indiana. Mrs. Seymour has served as the Head of School of an International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme World School, as well as principal of a nationally recognized “School to Watch,” an award given to exemplars in educating adolescents through The National Forum to Accelerate Middle-Grades Reform. Also during her tenure as principal, Mrs. Seymour founded an international partnership between her school and a sister school in Hangzhou, China, which included travel to China with teachers from her staff to develop the partnership. Mrs. Seymour currently serves as Executive Director of Strategic Learning Solutions, LLC, and provides dynamic support to teachers and administrators, particularly in the areas of school improvement planning, professional development, school replication services and codifying quality systems.
